1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 788wib ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers with, or uses the 788wib platform, including but not limited to the website, mobile-optimised browser interface, casino games, sportsbook, live casino, and any promotional services offered by 788wib.

2.3 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 788wib. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If 788wib identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, it reserves the right to close all accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

2.4 788wib conducts identity verification (KYC) in accordance with its obligations under its international gaming licence. You may be required to provide a copy of a government-issued identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. 4.1 788wib accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All PKR transactions are processed natively without currency conversion. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed on the cashier page and may be updated periodically.

4.2 Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. 788wib does not accept third-party deposits. Any funds identified as originating from a payment method not in the registered account holder's name may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. 788wib reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. 4.5 Deposits made but not wagered may be subject to a review process prior to withdrawal at 788wib's discretion, particularly where there is no gaming activity associated with the account.

5.1 788wib offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, and VIP incentives. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible games.

5.2 General bonus terms applicable to all 788wib promotions unless otherwise stated:

6.2 Sportsbook bets placed on 788wib are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, including settlement rules, void rules, and in-play betting policies. 6.3 788wib reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, based on incorrect odds published due to a manifest error, or where the outcome of an event was already known at the time of bet placement.

6.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all gaming and betting products on 788wib. These limits may vary by game, market, player tier, or promotional period and are displayed within each game or market interface.

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 788wib platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any 788wib game or betting market;
• Colluding with other players in any live casino game, poker variant, or sportsbook market;
• Exploiting software errors, malfunctions, or glitches in any game to obtain an unfair advantage;

Where a breach is identified, 788wib may freeze account funds, request additional verification, and in serious cases, report the matter to relevant authorities in accordance with its obligations under its international gaming licence.

8.1 788wib provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible at any time from within your account settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits;
• Loss limits — restrict maximum losses over a defined period;
• Session time limits — receive alerts when a set gaming session duration is reached;

• Cooling-off periods — temporarily restrict account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-exclusion — permanently close your account and block re-registration for a defined period of no less than 6 months.

8.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon submission and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. 9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 788wib platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 788wib content without the prior written consent of 788wib.

9.3 Game content delivered through the 788wib platform is owned by the respective third-party game studios and is used under licence. All rights in such content are reserved by their respective owners.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 788wib shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or financial losses resulting from gameplay outcomes.

10.2 788wib does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may temporarily affect platform availability. 788wib will endeavour to minimise disruptions and communicate scheduled maintenance in advance where possible.

10.3 In circumstances where a technical error results in an incorrect game outcome or erroneous payout, 788wib reserves the right to correct the error and void or adjust affected bets or winnings. 788wib is not liable for any losses suffered as a result of relying on an incorrect outcome displayed due to a technical fault.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 788wib's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11.1 788wib collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to 788wib collecting, storing, and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 788wib may share your personal data with third parties where required by law, including but not limited to regulators, law enforcement agencies, and financial crime prevention bodies, in connection with its obligations under its international gaming licence.

13.2 Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceedings, you agree to first contact the 788wib customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. The majority of account and gaming queries raised by Pakistani players are resolved at the support level within 24 to 48 hours.

13.3 For disputes relating to game outcomes, 788wib will review the relevant game logs and, where appropriate, escalate to the independent game certification laboratory that tested the game in question. The determination of the independent laboratory shall be final and binding in respect of RNG game outcome disputes.
